As a US Coast Guard veteran and serial entrepreneur, Woody knows what it takes to build businesses that create freedom, not prison. That mental toughness, that systematic approach to creating bandwidth—it's the same framework he used to drive four successful exits by building high-performing teams and scalable systems that run without consuming the founder.
